Phoenix Optical Technologies offers an approved apprenticeship program in conjunction with the Photonics Academy at the OpTIC Technium. Over a three year period trainees are educated and trained in both practical and theoretical areas of optical manufacture.
We currently have five young people on our training scheme and are proud to be working with the Photonics Academy to provide their training.
The defined aim of the Photonics Academy at OpTIC is to offer education and training for the needs of students wishing to engage in the photonics industry.
Due to recent expansions in Flat lapping, twin lap, CNC polishing and Diamond turning Phoenix Optical technologies have vacancies for skilled personnel who are looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to join a growing modern manufacturing company.
