We have several 3 axis CNC grinding machines that are capable of producing many different types of complex component profiles. Volume CNC Drilling with accurate repeatability
General Tolerances
- Dimensions within 0.02mm accuracy
- Angles within 5 mins arc
- Surface roughness to be specified by customer
The department also offers support to other projects where optical tooling and fixtures are needed.
Within the grinding department we also have Lumsden and Blanchard surface grinding machines, edging, sawing and trepanning facilities.
